This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue code.

The specific purpose of this corporation is to receive and administer funds and other property to advance the art and science of medical care, to provide educational, scientific and charitable support to the art and science of medical care, to render public service regarding medical care, to benefit other charitable organization which are operated for education and charitable (including medical) purposes and to assist those needy members of the public in meeting medical care needs.
